The 14-day performance or service period will only begin after the complete setup of the system.
This includes:

- Funnel/landing page setup
- Tracking tools (pixels, analytics, CRM integrations)
Any delays in setup due to client-side dependencies (e.g., delayed access, approvals, or assets) will result in a corresponding delay in the start of the 14-day period.
4. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide timely access to necessary accounts (ad accounts, social media, website, etc.)
- Share required content, creatives, and approvals promptly
- Maintain clear communication throughout the project
Failure to meet these responsibilities may impact results and timelines.
5. No Guarantee of Results
While Adsceletor applies proven strategies, we do not guarantee specific results such as:
- Exact number of leads
- Sales conversions
- Revenue outcomes
Performance depends on multiple external factors including market conditions, product quality, and audience response.
6. Payment Terms
- All payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed
- Payments are non-refundable once the setup process has begun
- Any additional services outside the agreed scope will be charged separately
7. Revisions and Changes
- Limited revisions are included based on the agreed package
- Major changes or scope expansion will incur additional charges
8. Confidentiality
All client data, business information, and campaign details will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
9. Termination
Adsceletor reserves the right to terminate services if:
- The client breaches terms
- There is non-payment
- There is misuse of services
Clients may also terminate services with prior written notice; however, no refunds will be issued for completed or ongoing work.
10. Limitation of Liability
Adsceletor shall not be held liable for:
- Business losses
- Ad account bans or restrictions
- Platform-related issues beyond our control
